Instructor Profiles

Chris Hipsey

Hello, my name is Chris Hipsey, I am a Personal Trainer, Fat Loss Expert, Triathlete and Ironman (Fortunately for you I am not completely mad and I don't expect an Ironman finish from all the Fitness Camp members!).

I am committed to getting to the heart of what makes each individual tick, and through incorporating cutting edge training techniques, state of the art equipment and sound nutritional advice I continuously strive for each and every member of the Fitness Camps to reach their true potential.

The system I use - 'The M.E.N.D. Fitness and Fat Loss System' - is the result of two years of research and practice to create the ultimate way for you to lose inches, tone up and get amazingly fit. EVERY SINGLE Fitness Camp sees OVERWHELMING RESULTS for the members. Please read the testimonials for more information.

My passion is to educate, motivate and inspire every single member of the Fitness Camps to achieve their personal health and fitness goals. This is the driving force behind Plan B Fitness Camps.

Gemma Stephens

Hello, my name is Gemma Stephens, I started my career as a dancer before moving into Personal Training and now have 9 years experience in the sports and exercise industry, working with some very prestigious rugby clubs and Health Clubs.

I hold a BSc Degree in Sports Rehabilitation and I am now completing my Masters. I am a member of BASRAT (British Association of Sports Rehabilitators and Trainers) and the SMA (Sports Massage Association) and through this I have worked with surgeons, osteopaths and a number of sports clubs.

As well as working for Plan B Fitness Camps, I run my own Sports Massage & Rehabilitation Company. You can get in touch with me through info@planbfitnesscamps.com if you require any of these services.

Natalie Less

Hello, my name is Natalie Less, I trained professionally as a dancer and then went on to complete a BA Honours degree in dance and performance. However, I soon found that my passion and enthusiasm was in the health and fitness industry.

I run the Kingston venue and would love to help you get into the best shape of your life! I love how exercise can make you feel good about yourself and I want to pass this feeling on to as many people as possible. My passion lies in group exercise because I believe the best way to exercise is through encouragement and friendship from other participants. As an instructor I make every session hard core, but at the same time lots of fun!

As well as working for Plan B, I teach group exercise dance based programmes and conditioning classes in many well known gyms and health clubs. I also have a passion for teaching dancing to children and introducing them to exercise through fun dance classes which I am bringing into after school clubs in the area.

Emily Pidgeon

Hello, my name is Emily Pidgeon and I run the client services side of Plan B Fitness Camps.

I graduated from Loughborough University in July 2011 with a Bsc in Psychology and I moved to Teddington to pursue my other passion in life, training for the London Olympics 2012. I am a long distance runner and aim to compete in the 5000m.

I have always participated and had a special interest in sport and exercise and I love working for Plan B Fitness Camps, knowing I'm contributing to the health and fitness of all Plan B Fitness Camps members.

My claim to fame to date is that I was the first person to run a lap of the Olympic Stadium in London, albeit in wellies and a hard hat!

Emily in a hard hat!
